Our little witch

We didn't get to do Halloween last year because Allie was sick. And the week before it was looking like she would be sick for this Halloween (and her birthday) as well. But she wasn't sick! So she wore her little witch costume that we bought her last year but she didn't wear.

She looked so cute, but she didn't like the hat. She doesn't like any hats. These pictures are the only good ones I could get with her hat on.

The costume came with a little pink belt that I thought was lost but was actually in the bag with the costume the whole time. Allie probably wouldn't have worn the belt anyway.

We decided she looked like a little court jester with the black dress with the pink collar. A cute court jester!

She wouldn't wear her witch's hat with her costume, but she wore this animal head!

We weren't going to go trick-or-treating. We weren't going to let Allie eat the candy so Mama and Dada would have. That wasn't good for Mama and Dada! And also Mama sprained her ankle on Monday morning and she also had an eye doctor appointment after work.

It was too bad for my ankle and the eye doctor appointment because we would have changed our minds and gone out for a little bit. Instead we drove around the neighborhood after the appointment (they drove me because it was my sprained ankle is my driving foot) and watched the kids and looked at the decorations. We'll trick-or-treat next year. Instead we came home, had dinner, and put tired Allie to bed.
