Meet Betsy

Saturday morning after breakfast we headed over to the Build-A-Bear workshop. There is one in Madison, but we decided to make this a special part of our vacation.
Allie picked her bear all by herself, and she picked the cheapest one!

Waiting in line was a struggle. Allie just wanted to run around and take all the clothes off hangers and pick seven more bears and just make a mess. It was a long line! But finally we made it to the front!

The first thing we did was put Allie's name on her bear, so she wouldn't get lost!

Then Allie picked a heart for her bear. The girl who was stuffing her bear said to rub it on your heart, and she rubbed it on mine after trying to rub it on the girl's as well! Then both me and Allie kissed her bear's heart. It was adorable.

We decided to name Allie's bear Betsy. After Betsy was stuffed, we took her over to get fluffed and then pick out clothes! The choice became clear when we saw a Wisconsin Badgers cheerleading outfit. Betsy became Betsy Badger!

Allie liked to throw Betsy on the floor. Then later on the trip home, she discovered that she could undress Betsy!
